Spectrum Physio – Fees & Refund Policy
Insurance Coverage
Most of our services for post-hospitalisation patients are covered under health insurance. Clients are advised to check eligibility and coverage directly with their insurance provider. We are happy to support with required documentation wherever applicable.
Consultation Fees
Our consultation fees are competitive and vary based on the service category:
- Outpatient Clinic Consultation
- Homecare / Physiotherapy at Home
- Corporate Wellness Services
- On-Field Sports Physiotherapy
- Online / Teleconsultation
Fees may vary depending on the clinical requirements, therapist expertise, and treatment duration.
Treatment Fees
Daily sessions
Professional treatment sessions can be paid per day, through: Online Payment / UPI / NEFT / Cash.
Package Sessions (7 / 15 / 30 Sessions)
For patients requiring extended care, we offer discounted packages. Package duration validity:
- 7 sessions – valid for 1 month
- 15 sessions – valid for 2 months
- 30 sessions – valid for 3 months
Packages are offered at revised (reduced) rates compared to daily session fees.
Package Terms
- Package fees are valid only within the stipulated duration and cannot be carried forward under any circumstances.
- Sessions not utilized within the validity period will automatically lapse.
- Package fees cannot be transferred to another patient or combined with any other offer.
Refund Policy
We understand there may be unavoidable situations. Refunds, where applicable, will follow the guidelines below:
- Refunds will be calculated at the standard daily session fee, not at package rates.
- All refund requests must be sent to: [email protected]
- Original receipt (untampered) must be returned for refund processing.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 30 days of receiving a complete request.
Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Spectrum Physio Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments without prior notice in unavoidable circumstances
- Consultation rescheduling or cancellations can be initiated only by our team, based on availability and treatment requirements
- In cases of cancellation by either Spectrum Physio or the patient, refunds - if applicable - will be processed as per the above refund terms.
Receipts & Documentation
- Official receipts will be issued only upon receiving the full payment.
- Receipts cannot be altered, duplicated, or replaced if tampered with.
