Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about services.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
• Maintain and update patient records in the system.
• Coordinate with the physiotherapy team to ensure timely consultations.
• Handle inquiries and provide guidance on physiotherapy treatments and procedures.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain financial records.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as required.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role (preferably in healthcare or wellness).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
